A special client of ICONIC Sales, with special challenges: The Female Company. The former Stuttgart start-up wanted to build another sales channel via Amazon, but unfortunately it didn't go as planned. A blocked account, lack of time and the lack of expertise in dealing with Amazon finally led the founders to ICONIC Sales. Within a few weeks, the performance was impressive and the set goals were achieved.

The Challenge

The manufacturer has pursued several goals:

  • Build relevance
The primary goal was to reactivate the blocked account in order to be able to start selling on Amazon at all. The next challenge was to reconcile the provocative tone of voice of the brand with the Amazon guidelines. Of course, the powerful, almost revolutionary communication that is part of the brand and reflects the company's values had to be retained. After all, the brand communication is, next to the visual appearance, the most important tool to reach the target group (modern and strong women). At the same time, all of Amazon's requirements must be met, otherwise there is a threat of the products being blocked. A balancing act that requires distinct expertise.

The solution

A visual design that covers all the customer's needs and thus rounds off the ICONIC Sales offer to perfection. The products are explained as simply as possible - described as well as possible - all USPs are worked out - all pain points are eradicated and all gain points are emphasised! The structure of all modules is optimised according to advertising psychology aspects and conveys the look & feel of the brand ideally.

ICONIC SALES was able to achieve all its goals. Sales increased by 175% in just 2 months. The product detail pages were visited more than twice as often, while the conversion rate increased by 120%.

Consumers increasingly left reviews for the products, which created additional trust. As items sold at a higher sales frequency, bestseller rankings increased. Accordingly, the visibility of the products in the search results also increased significantly. This leads to healthy organic sales growth. During the measured period, our client was able to achieve significant success despite strong competitors such as "OB" and "Always".
