New feature brings even more traffic to the Brand Store

In recent months, Amazon has increasingly focused on the Brand Store and the expansion of Sponsored Brand Ads through targeted advertising measures. From the expansion of the available targeting options, Sponsored Brand Video Ads, to the change in the name of the link to the Brand Store on the product detail page: With increasing improvements and additional functions for Sponsored Brand Ads, Amazon is increasingly putting the relevance and visibility of the Brand Store in the foreground. In addition to the classic Sponsored Brand Ads and the Video Ads (not yet launched everywhere), a third advertising format has now been added to the Sponsored Brand formats. 

 

What are Store Spotlight Ads?

The Store Spotlight version of Sponsored Brand Ads is a new creative format that clearly highlights a brand's Amazon Store. Normally, the previous ads of a Sponsored Brand Ad contain single products within a selected page of the Brand Store. Instead of three products, Store Spotlight Ads can now directly promote up to three subpages of the store and link to the respective subpage. Previously, clicking on the product linked directly to the product detail page. Now, Amazon makes it possible to significantly increase traffic to the brand store by linking to the subpage. 

In short, use Store Spotlight Ads to show your brand's personality and attract customers!

 

What are the advantages of Store Spotlight Ads?

Brand Ads have long been a great way to attract customers to an Amazon Store - the only place on Amazon that's free of competition. Now, Amazon is helping to bring even more visibility and awareness to the Brand Store with Spotlight Ads.

When setting up a Spotlight campaign for the store, Amazon automatically pulls three store subpages into the ad. These subpages can be provided with an additional subtitle per subpage in addition to the main slogan. This creates additional space for individual and emotional purchase incentives.

Store Spotlight Ads are great for a top-of-funnel approach. This advertising format is therefore a good way to position yourself within a category or to target competitors. Likewise, these ads are also great for showcasing product categories within a brand.
