Changes to storage fees, storage usage and oversize surcharge

Changes to monthly storage fees for shipping by Amazon

From March 1, 2024, the monthly storage fees for all standard-sized items will decrease between January and September (excluding dangerous goods) Monthly storage fees generally increase between October and December Monthly storage fees for oversized items will also increase between January and September These changes will apply for the first time in April 2024 for storage fees incurred in March 2024

Surcharge for warehouse use when shipped by Amazon

From July 1, 2024, Amazon will introduce detailed fee categories for the surcharge for warehouse use A surcharge will be levied for sellers with the Professional sales tariff and a warehouse utilization of more than 22 weeks The surcharge will not apply to inventory with a storage time between 0 and 30 days and products in the clothing, shoes and bags categories This change will apply for the first time in July 2024 for storage fees incurred in June 2024

Surcharge for old stock in the warehouse from Amazon shipping

From February 15, 2024, the surcharge will increase for old stock in the warehouse with a shelf life of between 271 and 365 days The surcharge applies to stock with a storage time between 271 and 330 days in the categories clothing, shoes, bags, suitcases, backpacks & bags, jewelry and watches

Oversize surcharge for pan-European shipping 2024
